DENN is an AI-powered sports brand engine that helps athletes, parents, teams, and coaches create professional highlight content, track visibility through the DENN Visibility Index (DVI), and connect with brand opportunities.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use DENN, and users under 18 must have parental consent.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to DENN. By uploading, you grant DENN a license to process, store, and render your content for the purpose of providing the service. DENN does not claim ownership of your content.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use DENN to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to circumvent trial limitations, watermarks, or plan restrictions.
6. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trials include watermarked content and limited exports as described on the pricing page.
7. Limitation of Liability
DENN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DENN after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
